Every change is recorded: who did what, when, from where, and exactly what changed.

- Changes to members, groups, payment types, rules, payments, settings, users and roles, with old and new values.
- Sign-ins, sign-outs and failed sign-ins, password resets, imports and downloads.
- Payments made by USSD or confirmed by Hubtel show who made them, e.g. "USSD 0244…".
- Passwords are never recorded and API keys are hidden. Entries cannot be edited or deleted. Export CSV for auditors.
