How members pay by USSD (*928*7#)
Members don't need an app, a smartphone or data. One short code works for every organisation on EBITS Pay.

The member's phone number identifies them and their organisation, with no organisation code. If the number belongs to members of several organisations, they choose the organisation by name.

Only dues they qualify for are listed. Variable amounts ask for an amount; item payments ask how many.

They approve the MoMo prompt with their PIN and receive an SMS receipt.
Tip Paying for someone else: choose 2 and enter that person's Member ID, e.g. a child paying for a parent. Numbers that aren't registered go straight to the Member ID prompt. The payer and the member both get an SMS.
No organisation code Members never need an organisation code. Everyone dials the same
*928*7#: paying for myself, the phone number tells EBITS Pay which organisation the member belongs to; paying for someone else, the Member ID does. If a phone or ID belongs to more than one organisation, the caller simply picks the organisation by name.
